This is a vintage luster or iridescent finish cup and saucer with blue bands and black trim made in Japan in the 1930s by Meito Japan.
The cup is 2.25 inches high by 3.75 inches in diameter, the saucer is 5.85 in diameter and cup and saucer are in good used vintage condition with no chips or cracks but does show wear from use on the saucer and some on the cup rim.
The luster finish is so pretty and this is such an art deco style.
