This is an elegant Castleton, USA gorgeous teacup trio or cup and saucer and matching plate in the Laurel pattern with heavy burnished gold design and gold beading.
The creamy white bone china cup and saucer with plate features a gold laurel leaf and flower and laurel leaf wreath border design with burnished, heavy gold beaded rims, trim and cup foot.
The cup is 2.25 inches high by 4 in diameter, the saucer is 6.75 in diameter and the plate is 6.5 inches in diameter.
The design is influenced by the Rosenthal designers working at Castleton in the 1940s. The teacup trio or cup and saucer with matching plate were made in the USA between 1941-1972.
The versatile teacup trio is stand alone elegant, or would go with any china settings.
All 3 of the pieces are in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
