The red and gold table mat or centerpiece was made in the 1990s by Windham Weavers, NY in India and measures 13.5 inches high by 18 inches wide.
It is hard to see in the photos, but the entire piece is woven with metallic gold Lurex strands, and glistens in the light.
The placemat or centerpiece is in excellent used vintage condition, and is so gorgeous and festive!
