This is a matched set of 12 English hallmarked sterling silver teaspoons, coffee spoons or demitasse spoons in their original satin lined leatherette box.
They are hallmarked for 1934 by maker James Dixon and Sons, Sheffield and the registry mark shows the pattern was registered in 1923.
The hallmarked spoons have an elegant curved art deco design handle and measure 5 inches long each, and the box measures 8 inches by 11 inches and is 1 inch thick.
The spoons are in absolutely perfect condition but the box has both hinges missing and is held in place with the satin strips inside.
Each spoon weighs approximately 14.8 grams for a total for the set of 177.6 grams
