This is an Aynsley China, England tab handled cake plate in a floral design made in the 1920-1930s.
The bone china cake plate or platter measures 9 inches high by 10 inches wide and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks but there is some gold trim wear and a few light utensil marks from use.
Your Battenburg cake would taste better at teatime served from this lovely plate.
